The Skills Connect Academy supports young people aged 16+ by providing them with vocational-style training opportunities that prepare them for the world of work. The Educators that support our delivery are passionate about helping young people succeed and our delivery style creates a safe environment for them to develop these transferrable skills.

Our solutions for participants incorporate the core skills employers are looking for as well as the softer skills such as listening, speaking, creativity, staying positive, aiming higher, leadership and teamwork.
As Ceangail is an organisation that works from the ground level, we hear and listen to what young people need most. Luckily we are a creative bunch so not only do we have our own ideas but we can also work with partners on finding new solutions.
